I think I must have an faulty exhaust bobbin, either that or the exhaust got so bloody hot during the IVA its damaged it.
So purchased a couple of stronger versions, once to replace and another to keep in stock.
The current one and new version.
Fitted, its stronger than the original.
Ignore the exhaust mount, it needs powder coating rather than being sprayed. Looks like I still need to remove some sticky take where I have removed the side trim.
