Intercom turned up..
Fitted to my old bike helmet. Its about 10 years old, on first view it looked to be in good usable condition.
Turns out everything is fine with the helmet apart from some of the internal material has started breakdown. The strap felt which stops the strap rubbing on your face now rubs off on your face so leaves you with a black face. Will be fine for a spare but not something I want to use all the time.
Decided to buy a new helmet, one of the guys on the owners club got me a good deal on a Simpson Bandit Carbon. I always liked the style of the lid but didn't want a white one and look like the stig. The Carbon versions looks very cool!
